Practice for Preservation: The Athenaeum

Practice for Preservation continues with its second event in the series, held in the luminous and historic Athenaeum of Philadelphia. Join Jacqueline Griffiths (of Premier Building Restoration and Earth + Gold Wellness) for an evening of cooling slow flow vinyasa, guided pranayama, and a restorative sound bath savasana. This session is perfect for a summertime reset and recharge.
This wellness series invites you to move, breathe, and reconnect inside Philadelphia’s most iconic spaces while supporting the Young Friends of the Preservation Alliance and their mission to celebrate and protect the city’s architectural heritage.

6:00 to 7:30 PM (doors open at 5:45)

Member Tickets are $20 and the price will automatically be discounted at checkout for logged in PAGP and YFPA members. 


All levels of movement and experience are welcome. Class is 55 minutes with time afterward to connect and explore. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.


All participants must sign a liability and photography release form.
