For over a century, the Phi Kappa Sigma chapter house at 3539 Locust Walk has proudly stood as a place for students to live, meet, create memories, and forge bonds that last a lifetime.

Alpha, Inc.'s stewardship of this historic building at the heart of Penn's campus has been a stabilizing force, navigating numerous challenges over the years. Thanks to their efforts, Phi Kappa Sigma is recolonizing and returning to the house in 2027. However, there is much work to be done to make this happen. Our initial Phase 1 goal of $1M will allow us to make the critical repairs to the exterior and ensure the safety and integrity of the historic building for years to come. Following phases will address refurbishment, maintenance, and other updates and repairs, but we will be able to repopulate the house upon completion of Phase 1. This crucial $1M investment is a first step that serves as an opportunity for the Alpha chapter members to come together and support that which once supported them.
