For over a century, the Phi Kappa Sigma chapter house at 3539 Locust Walk has proudly stood as a place for students to live, meet, create memories, and forge bonds that last a lifetime.
Alpha, Inc.'s stewardship of this historic building at the heart of Penn's campus has been a stabilizing force, navigating numerous challenges over the years. Thanks to their efforts, Phi Kappa Sigma is recolonizing and returning to the house in 2027. However, there is much work to be done to make this happen. $1.25M of critical deferred maintenance to the exterior is essential to the safety and integrity of the building, as well as up to another $3.25M for repairs, updates, and furnishings. This $4.5M investment, while crucial, also represents an opportunity for the Alpha chapter to come together and support that which once supported them.
